The proposed 1520 7th Street project is a 23-story mixed-income residential tower consisting of 104 for-sale market-rate units and 20 deed-restricted replacement rental units. The development includes resident-serving indoor and outdoor amenities located at the podium level and rooftop. The project also proposes approximately 220 parking spaces, provided across two subterranean levels and three above-grade parking levels -- levels 1–3).
